I am a regular old Kiwi bloke so I haven't had a lot of massages. I went with my wife to Kari from Kotare. Wow, the setting, the care, and the deep tissue massage made me feel like a millionaire. Being a bloke, I needed to feel comfortable which I did, and then Kari helped me relax so much I had to resist dropping off to sleep on the table. That would have been a waste of very therapeutic experience which helped these old muscles and joints free up and relax. I am a fan and will be back.

My Kotare Intuitive therapy experience was very special. The peaceful calming environment set the tone for such a beneficial time. Kari is very warm, thoughtful and sensitive to any problem areas so I felt very much at ease during the massage. I left feeling so relaxed after a refreshing cup of parsley tea. And certainly feel it helped relieve my trouble spots...so much so I will be going back again.

I have had many varied massages over the years, as I enjoy them so much and know they are therapeutic. Recently I had a different experience with Kari. First of all she wanted to know of any problem areasahead of the appointment, so that she could plan her massage technique to suit. Then, instead ofthe usual often repetitive relaxation music, there was silence. This was to allow concentration oncorrect breathing. I know I am not the only one who is remiss in this. I had not experienced some of the techniques used before. The massage was thorough and totallyenjoyable, and the hour was over far too soon! I would highly recommend Kari to anyone wanting to give their body a treat to remember.

Kari provides a beautiful and comfortable space for deep-tissue massage. I was impressed with her pre-massage communication and questions, and also whilst receiving the massage - Kari explained what she was doing, and checked in with me regarding pressure. She gives a fantastic massage and I will enjoy being a regular client!
